The Thoughtful and Aware Trader

I'm pretty sure many read the Innerworth articles, but for those who don't here is another reason for doing it from now on.

Awareness is the key to high performance. Top performers are thoughtful, and completely aware of what it takes to perform skillfully............ poor performers are "blissfully unaware of their incompetence."

not to mention how funny are those picture included on the daily articles :)
